Ace Anodizing provides a wide range of coating services, including type II bright dip anodizing. This project consisted of anodizing a variety of parts in various colors, all of which had to meet specific criteria for color and quality.

We developed a process of calibrated color ranges and an effective way to blend draw lines in extruded parts while maintaining a consistent appearance. This highly cosmetic application required consistent color ranges across all components, and was sealed to allow periodic cleaning without degradation to the color and coating. By using a combination of processes not normally used together we were able to obtain the desired results and eliminate a labor intensive mechanical finishing step. This project consisted of lot sizes ranging from 500 to 2,500, and was produced in five days.
